Andrew and Mandy travelled from Cheshire to renew their vows at Eilean Donan Castle today. They told their three children — Tom, Matthew and Melissa — that they were all going to a function organised by their father’s company, and only spilled the beans when they all arrived. Spod the piper, who played for Madonna when she arrived at Inverness airport for her wedding at Skibo, piped the family across the causeway and Reverent MacArthur from Lochcarron took the service. Andrew and Mandy have been married for 21 years and have been sweethearts from their schooldays. After the ceremony, the returned to Grants of Craigellachie in Ratagan, where they are staying, for a slap up dinner. Here are some photographs:
