Vow Renewal | Janice & Joe | Eilean Donan Castle

This week I photographed the vow renewal of Janice and Joe from New Jersey. They married 30 years ago and came to Eilean Donan Castle with their two sons, Mark and Andrew and Mark’s wife Lauren and Andrew’s girlfriend Katherine. Janice came to Kyle of Lochalsh thirty five years ago and fell in love with the castle; ever the romantic, Joe arranged for her to return to renew their vows. The family stayed at Duisdale Hotel on Skye and after a week in London, Janice and Joe are sailing back to the USA on the Queen Mary. Here are a few of the images taken on their special day.

Ginny - Jan, WOW!!! You look so beautiful and Joe looks so handsome. All the pictures are gorgeous. What a wonderful memory. You have a great family. The castle is so cool! If you have shots of the inside of it....I would love to see them! Congratulations on your 30th Anniversary!!

Joe and Marie Anania - The day must have been magnificent, as the photos make evident. Everyone looks star-like. We're so proud of you all and you can be sure many, many of our friends will share in the beauty of the occasion. We can see the joy in each photo. Be happy, be well , enjoy the rest of the journey and have a safe trip home. (Joe and Jan, you look like the carachters from my story for Andrew, (Sir Andrew the Courageous), The Good King Joseph, and The Lovely Queen Janice of Ivy Hill.)
