I am very excited to announce that I have been shortlisted for the Scottish Wedding Vows Awards in the photographer category. The Vows Awards represent consistent excellent customer service. I am told the photographer category is one of the most hotly contested so I am very chuffed to be included in the shortlist, which contains seven other well-known and talented photographers. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in Glasgow on 9th November so fingers crossed! Much thanks to all the brides who voted for me – it’s been a pleasure meeting you this year and photographing your special days.

- If you're a bride looking at this blog, the decision who to choose for your photographer is quite possibly one of the most important you'll make; second only to choosing your dress. I've watched Lynne's style develop over the last few years, and if you're the kind of person who requires a photographer to capture those split second moments of intense and wondrous emotions that only a wedding day can generate, then congratulations; you've just found her. I suspect that one of the reasons she has been nominated for the prestigious VOWS awards, is that her clients have recognised her uncanny and unerring ability to both capture and help create those moments the bride & groom cherish most in their day. Those moments that stay with you a lifetime.........much like the stories she weaves in her work.
